Return and Refund Policy

We offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@buyhomelygadgets.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What Can Be Returned

  • Electronic health and wellness devices (for example: heated knee braces, posture correctors, posture trainers, massage guns, back supports) are eligible for return within 30 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Home gadgets, pet products, and non-consumable accessories are eligible under the same 30-day rule.

What Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Beauty consumables and personal care goods (skincare, serums, creams, oils, makeup, and any opened beauty product).
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Note: Health devices listed in our Health & Beauty category are NOT treated as personal care goods. They follow the 30-day return rule above when unused and sealed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@buyhomelygadgets.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at our cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fees will be applied.
