Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and most orders arrive within 8–12 business days from the order date. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is free on U.S. orders. If any cost applies, it is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also use our order tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email info@buyhomelygadgets.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can return it under our return policy.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, we cover the cost and offer a replacement or full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
