This policy explains where we ship, how much shipping costs and how long delivery takes. Orders are sold by Homely - Crazy Ideas (Homely Crazy Ideas Inc.) and are fulfilled by our supplier partners. Most orders for U.S. customers ship from warehouses located in the United States. Some items may ship from international warehouses and can take longer; any difference is shown on the product page.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delivery time
- Processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (no processing on weekends or U.S. public holidays).
- Total delivery time: most orders arrive within 8–12 business days from the order date.
- If your order contains several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
Shipping method and cost
We offer free tracked standard shipping on U.S. orders. If any shipping cost applies, it is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at info@buyhomelygadgets.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Shipping address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships.
