3-Stage Sharpening System
The sharpener uses three sequential slots — coarse, medium, and fine — to address different blade conditions. The coarse slot removes material from heavily worn edges; the medium slot refines the angle; and the fine slot polishes the blade for a smooth, consistent edge.
